Western Actor, Renowned Watercolor Artist
Born the son of a Hollywood actor, Walter Clarence Taylor, III, grew up around famous names such as John Wayne, Tex Ritter and Bob Wills. He initially chose to study art at the University of Southern California. But when Buck felt the call toward acting, his life took a tremendous turn. Portraying the cowboy life in many westerns movies and TV shows such as Tombstone and Gunsmoke, he reserved his place on the Walk of Stars in Hollywood appropriately between Ronald Reagan and Tom Mix.
As an artist, Buck travels to shows and events to display his work. All of his art depicts the cowboy culture and western heritage that he loves. He tours the United States promoting awareness for organizations that support the men and women in blue, military veterans and those deployed protecting America's freedoms. Among all of his many great accomplishments, Buck also served in the United States Navy. He was inducted into the Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame in 2006.
